The breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also affordable for a short stay.
The room was uncomfortable and unpleasant. The bedding was basic and the bed was very uncomfortable.

I found this hotel to be clean and convenient in many ways. It's located in the Xujiahui area which is close to subway stations and the city center including famous sites like the Bund. Additionally, the hotel is also close enough to the giant Xujiahui shopping complex. The hotel facilities were adequate and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Don't have any issues at all.
